My name is Michelle M. Matthews and I’m a visual artist from Owen Sound, Ontario. I am in pursuit of using up stuff.

I want to reclaim, restore, revive and repurpose some of that stuff so it is both more beautiful and more useful in this world. I’m painting on reclaimed and restored surfaces (from plywood off-cuts to old furniture) and I’m recycling discarded clothing and fabric for one-of-a-kind pillows and hats in my pursuit to produce authentic creations for you to enjoy!
